DEFINITIONS

"BCLC" means British Columbia Lottery Corporation;
"We" or "Us" means BCLC or its designee responsible for operating Chances Casino Kelowna;
"You" means any person who plays games at Chances Casino Kelowna.

GOVERNING REGULATIONS

All gaming activities are governed by BCLC's Gaming Regulators Act, 2002 (S.B.C.) Chapter 84, as amended from time to time.
